• Customer Support: Although the customer support is available 24/7 the response time on their live chat is very poor. Their telephonic support also has a long waiting period or maybe it’s possible that I called at a very busy period

Conclusion

Betway does have its weak points but as I said before their positives outweigh the negatives. They more than make up for the poor welcome bonus as they have market leading promotions that I will elaborate on further in this review.
